Files on records, not in folders
A photo saved on a phone, a datasheet in a shared drive and a test report in someone's inbox are three files nobody finds when the pump trips at two in the morning. Magnus Reactor attaches each file to the record it describes, whether tag, installed unit, work order, failure event or test record, so it stays with the equipment and the job.
Because the register keeps the tag and the serial as separate records, a file lands at the right level. Vendor drawings follow the unit through a change-out; the isolation sketch stays with the tag; the completion photo stays with the work order that produced it. Nobody rebuilds a folder tree to mirror the plant, because the nine-level taxonomy is the folder tree.

Capture the fault as it looked
Photograph the leak, the gauge reading or the damaged impeller and attach it to the failure event or work order from the field. The picture arrives with the tag, the time and the reporter already set.
Open the manual from the tag
Datasheets, drawings and vendor manuals sit on the equipment record, so a technician standing at KIK-8121-A opens the right document without knowing which folder someone filed it in three years ago.
Prove the work was done
Completion photos, test reports and witness evidence stay with the work order or test record they support, ready when the technical authority reviews closure or an auditor asks for the evidence.

Photograph the job as it happens
Take a picture at the tag and it lands on the work order or failure event you are reporting against, before the codes and before the write-up. The planner completes mechanism and cause with the picture in front of them.
Keep documents on the equipment
Attach datasheets, P&IDs, vendor drawings and manuals to the functional location or the installed unit. Documents about the function stay with the tag; documents about the hardware stay with the serial and follow it through every change-out.
Attach evidence to the test record
A proof test records the criterion, the acceptance limit and the result; the calibration report and witness photo attach to that test record. When the test fails, the failure event it opens carries that evidence with it, so the person coding the failure sees what the tester saw.

Attachments are not a module of their own; they hang from the records the rest of the product already keeps.

Hold drawings on the equipment record
Drawings and manuals attach to the functional location or the installed unit on the Asset Management detail page, beside identity, location and the installed serial. A change-out moves the unit's documents with it.
Work Orders
Keep photos and evidence on the job
Field photos and completion evidence attach to the work order in Work Orders and to the failure event it corrects, so the record reviewed at technical completion shows what the technician found and the state they left it in.
Permit to Work
Attach the prerequisites a permit requires
A permit in Permit to Work lists the documents its type requires: the isolation confirmation, the gas test, the competency record. Each attaches to the permit before it can be approved against the work order.
